Shopping cart form order total amount just quite working yesterday. Numbers went from being what should be $20.44 to now showing $20.43999999999999 and the fields no longer work to change the calculation. Thanks much for the help, we're currently not able to process transactions until we figure out the issue. The website code hasn't been update in well over a two months unless our host would have done something.Page URL:

It seems that you are using the form's source code in your website and have added some custom code into it. I think the custom code is the one that is causing the wrong calculation because when using the stand alone direct URL of the form, it does not exibit the same issue
Perhaps the numeric round-off should be adjusted to 2 decimals to correct the total display.

I restored my website code to here it was 7 days ago when everything worked fine. We hadn't updated anything, but I did restore anyway just to make sure. Therefore I can rule out a change in any source code. The custom code on our page was necessary and much of it provided with the help of you guys to get the form to react the way it needs to with a single freight option rather than multiple selection. Any other idea's you might have that could cause this are much appreciated.

I have been trying figure out what causes the problem but so far base on my test it's something to do with your custom code and the form source code (since the total still doesn't work even I took all the source except the form) so I think the best way to fixed this is to replace your form source code with a new one then re-apply the custom codes with that form. One thing I noticed in your site is that the "Men Pen Concealer Stick $17.95" checkbox, the one above quantity, is missing in your site although it is still appearing in the form's direct URL. Did you remove that on purpose? Thanks!

yes, we hide that on purpose cause it's not needed, we only allow them to select quantity and they have to have the product therefore it's always checked. Still shouldn't be an issue cause it's worked this way for like a year and now just quit working.

Thanks, you're right I can see it on your from your code.
While I have no other clue except on the custom code, I would suggest to update your form source code instead, How to get your Form Source Code. This should probably the best way to overcome this.
Also, since you are using your form source code in your page, it shouldn't be affected in any way even if there's an updates made from JotForm. So, I guess there is really something that's changed on your end but I am not totally sure about it. Please consider retaking your form source code and re-embed.
