downgrade account

    I attempted multiple times to downgrade my account from Premuim to Starter but the message I keep getting is that the account is scheduled to downgraded "manually".   Why can't I downgrade using the Pricing tab and how long does it take to downgrade "manually".

    You don't need to downgrade your account as it already scheduled to be downgrade. Maybe your confuse while your account still PREMIUM since you already downgraded. I just want to let you know that your account will stay PREMIUM until your paid period expires which will be on 2013-06-15.
