Google Sheets and Analytics

    Hello,


    I installed the Google Sheets widget. I did a test and the information submitted to the form seems to be just code. You can't read the actual words submitted. Please see attachment.

    Also, I am trying to install the Google Analytics widget. You have it in your features list. But on the backend in the form it's not listed in the widget options.

    Hello Lena,

    We do apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your Google Sheets integration.

    After checking your form, I have found that you have the encryption feature turned on, which will encrypt all of your form data and will require a private key to decrypt. As you can see in the following screenshot of your form's advanced settings:

    If you want to keep the form encrypted, you will need to access your private key in order to decrypt your submission data. Here are a couple of helpful user guides to assist you in using our form encryption feature:
