Best way to pick from a long list

In this case, I only want the user to choose an email from a list. But that list of emails could be 50 to 100 making a dropdown too difficult to manage. What is the best way to display and choose an option when you have so many?

I did find both of those before I posted my question. With a list of 100 emails is there picker that manages that level of list. I could do the group values by alphabet or some other grouping but didn't know if there was another option. One widget I saw was the autocomplete which would work great but couldn't see a way to restrict the input to only the choices provided.

Can you please confirm if for these emails, does the user already know what email to select (eg: their own email) or they still need to browse thru the options?

If the option is already known, you can list it out in an excel file, then import that excel within the Spreadsheet to Form widget.

This way, user can only enter email address that is within your excel file.

Or you can use the regular Dropdown field then set it to display a couple of rows.

That is probably what I would use. Yes, they know the email and we want to restrict them just the provided options. Thanks for the suggestion
