    Hi Folks.

We (the media arts department at San Francisco State) have used Jotform quite a bit over the past few years for a media festival we run each spring. I've now looked into Submittable and others for a truly integrated workflow and they are great, but too expensive for us.

Here's what I need: I want students to be able to go to a provided URL, fill out a customized form, and then upload media (audio & video) to a specific folder based on the category they select (Radio, Video News, etc.—14 different categories). Ideally, once a student selects a category, they are directed to a specific folder for upload. Then, judges go look at the entries and rank them (no form needed for that). In the past we've integrated Dropbox with Jotform for this process. I was not the person in charge of that, so I need to know how, and especially would like it to be as seamless as possible for the students and judges. Kindly fill me in!
