I am mailing out gift certificates with a unique ID on each label. Is there any way I can request that the consumer enter the Unique ID on the Form and "Validate" that it is from a list of Valid ID's and that only one valid ID can be enetrered during the program?Page URL:

You can use condition logic on the form. Review this guide Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
If this is the form https://www.jotform.com/31377207043953 you are refering to, you can define value for the Certificate Number field and setup the validation logic condition. Something like this (i.e. hide the submit button if number is not valid)
Here is a test form I created http://www.jotformpro.com/form/31457108739964. You can check it out using the correct Certificate number on the condition I setup.
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

I am running into the same problem with this scenario. My form is for new account creations and I want to make sure that there are no duplicate usernames or emails used. What do you suggest?
The solution above would require me to go in and paste all the previous usernames as a condition logic which would be very time consuming.

Can we expect to see this feature soon? All I need is to be able to set a second "Unique Question" property.

As for the implementation of this feature, we cannot provide an estimate or wether or not this will be implemented at all.
