Is it possible to create different icons for different forms which can be put into an iPad.  The idea is that people in the filed can then click on a particupar icon, open a form and complete it with little to no idea of whay or how.

    Cheers

    Hi Waddy,

I am not sure if this is possible. Because the forms uses browser,  so, the application involved is actually the browser, and not the form. The icons you see on Ipads or other desktop is the icon of the application. In this case the browser icon is what you can create a shortcut link for.

BUT what can be done is put icon size images in a website that have shortcuts to particular forms. Like a feedback or lightbox form. Everyone will have to go to that website using browser and then, can click on the icons to access a particular form.

Something similar to JotForm Templates gallery http://www.jotform.com/form-templates/ -- imagine each template as icons... when you click on it, the particular form is accessed.

Hope this help. Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks.
