Publish form and Preview form: Form is loading slow than usual

Aloha. I recently began creating a template for a wholesale ordering form, and after putting the page together, I have realized that when trying to access it, it loads so slowly that it is not viable. Could you take a look and tell me if I have done something wrong? The dropdown menus which are supposed to show when an item is checked don't appear for up to two minutes at times.

I can see that the page loads slowly initially, but after that there is not delay in opening the products menus. But I can see that except the first product, all other have broken images.

Probably that is causing the issue.

Hence please check, update the images and then test.

Not broken images; they simply have no images, as I haven't loaded images yet. You think it will speed the process up if each selection has an image attached? I guessed that would probably make the process even slower. I will try however.

I have confirmed that the product images in your form are not loading and they are shown as a broken image. You may remove the images first and upload another image again.

I've noticed that there are also conditions in your form that has errors. We suggest that you also fixed the errors or just delete the conditions with errors.

Images have all been replaced and error conditions deleted. Still slow in loading. Any other ideas? Much appreciated.

We are sorry for the trouble caused. I can see that there aren't condition errors in your form (only two conditions are currently present in your form). I think the slowness of the form is due to the number of products added into the payment field (you have 90 products added into the payment field).

When I cloned the form, I am still seeing the slowness in the form. I tried clearing your form cache, but still there is no change.

In the meantime, you will have to move the products out of the payment field and use the normal Single choice or Multiple choice fields to list the products.

OR you can clone your form and split the products in the payment field between the two forms.

I tried adding a page break in the middle of the product page, but can only seem to get it to add at the bottom of the page. Is this cloning method a way to add a page break in the middle of the products? Also, one other question; I just noticed that the page is rounding dollar amounts up to the nearest whole dollar, is there an easy way to stop this from happening? Thank you very much for taking the time to help, it is greatly appreciated.

I checked the form and the product images are so big or the image resolution.

Here's the one image sample: https://files.jotform.com/jufs/christoforfreedom/form_files/20200316_102020.jpg?nc=1

If you can reduce the image resolution, the form will load faster.

To test this, try cloning your form and replace all images with a smaller resolution.

    I hope this information helps.
