Problem with form

Hi, guys

I did the form but something is wrong.

I want on this  form only with the info about order.

What person would like to order.

I don't need the payment possibility on this form.

If you do not need the PayPal payment field, and just allow user to select the order, then delete the payment field:

After that you can add the Purchase order payment field into the form: How-to-Create-Payment-Form-with-Purchase-Order 

This field does not require payment to be made, but will record the items selected. 

Note:

When you delete the PayPal field and add the Purchase order field, the product list automatically gets transferred. You do not have to re-do all products again.

If you have submissions for this form, please download them before deleting the payment field.
