I've had to add this 'overflow-y:hidden;' to the custom CSS to hide the scrollbar in IE which was obscuring the wide area icon, you may like to incoperate it in the design.
A point regardind the icon positioning, both of my forms had the same width and label width, the icon in the contact form was out of the box over to the right while the comments icon was perfect. I have shortened the contact form's width but kept the label width the same which has corrected the positioning in IE but may have caused a problem with other browsers because Firefox and Chrome are showing the icon in the box but slightly over to the left.
Confused? I know I am, why would identical width forms result in differing positions for the icon initially and why has narrowing one form resulted in differing postions in different browsers.

The problem with full screen icon happens when the label is set on top. See it in action: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/31475184899975. Auto, Left and Right seems to be okay. Is this your concern?
We request you to please create a separate thread about this report so we can forward that to our developers.

No this is not my concern and if you had bothered to look at the pages in question you would know that.
I'll start a new thread and hope for a better answer.
