Unable to connect with Stripe

    Good Afternoon Associate,

     

    My name is Evelyn and we have a monthly subscription with Jotform.  I am experiencing a problem with connecting payment forms to Stripe.  I have used this payment form before with no problems connecting with stripe.  However, now, when I click on "Connect to Stripe" it gets stuck on connecting and does not actually connect.  It says 'please wait' and never connects.  Not sure if there is something that has changed with Stripe for with Jotform regarding payments with stripe. 

    Would you so kindly help?  We have clients that would like to donate online with Jotform but I am unable to get the form to connect to stripe.

    Hello Evelyn,

    I just tried our Stripe integration and I can connect through the popup modal without any problem. You are posting this thread as a guest user, so I think the problem is connected to it. You need to make sure that your session with the website is active. Otherwise, the integration/connection will not work.

    Please do the following:

    1. Go back to My Forms: https://www.jotform.com/myforms.

    2. Check if you are still logged in, log out if you are still connected.

    3. Log in again.

    4. Edit the form and connect Stripe. 

    The above steps should work. But if the issue persists, please let us know, we will investigate further. 

    I would also suggest checking the integration through your other browsers.
