why cant I upgrade?

    For some reason my account was downgraded and now i cant accept new submissions and I cant create new forms.

    And on top of that I can't upgrade to a higher level if I wanted to?

    What happened?

    Hi,

    Per checking our records, we are unable to collect the payment for your SILVER subscription that covers usage between 2020-03-10 and 2020-04-10. We have also sent you an email on March 15, 2020, regarding this. 

    As a result, your account has been automatically downgraded back to the STORAGE plan on March 18, 2020. Thus you are receiving a prompt that you have reached submissions limit which is 100/month and 5 forms per account.

    As for the reason why you are unable to upgrade to a higher level/plan. You may want to check if your bank has sent you an email OR send us a screenshot of the error for us to check the issue on our end.

    In addition, you may try using a different browser (preferably in incognito/private mode) in upgrading your account.
