I am not sure what do you want to achieve but you cannot edit the CSS online. You can only inject the custom css to your form.
Please refer this guide: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes

Hello! May we know what specific HTML code that you'd like to include in your form? Because you can only inject CSS codes.
However, there is the Free Text(HTML) option under Power Tools. You can insert HTML codes there.
