I gave an email address on the registration form that is the incorrect email address for my pay pal account. My customers received a confirmation number from pay pal but the monies are not in my account nor has it been returned to their account. How can I track where the money went?

This needs to be done via Paypal. Here’s they can find the receivers name, email address, and customer service phone number, if available:
Log in to your PayPal account. Click History. Click Details next to the transaction.
