Eeducation price plan page does not have a submit option.

Dear Staff,

I'm a music teacher in Hong Kong. I want to upgrade to silver plan using education discount. But I found that there is no form submission button in the education price plan page " https://www.jotform.com/education/pricing/#apply " It says To apply for your discount, please fill out the form below..

but I cannot find the form.

Please help out

The application form contains the submit button. Please try using a different browser if it is not showing in your end.
