Greetings
I was trying a submission where in I get the blank details of in ordered items in menu
Can i get a submission of only ordered items
I have created a preview before submit widget which shows the order summary
Can I get a submission of exactly the same ?
Thanks and regards

Sorry , a correction
I would like the order summary with grand Total and serving time
In short I would like the submission to be of entered details with respective calculations
But non centered ones which remain blank and have no effect on calculation should be omitted
For eg
Pasta and coffee ordered, should show pasta and coffee with their Totals
No need of showing 0 in main course etc

Hi Ravi,
I checked your form and it seems that you are referring to the Form Calculation fields for the Total amount on each section of the menu. I can also see that you have set your submission page to hide empty fields, however, the 'Total' fields contain a default value of zero (0) that's why it's still showing on the submissions view.
Please try to remove the default value on the Form Calculation widgets that pre-populates the field and it shouldn't be showing on the submissions if it's empty.
Let us know if the issue still persists.

Greetings Krislei ,
Thanks a ton, it was spot on.....as always :)
One last question, by any chance is it possible to assign the submitted forms to an invoice
For eg :-
Form 1 breakfast
Form 2 lunch
Form 3 dinner
All 3 submitted forms merge into another single form which is the invoice
As of now , Iam using an invoice software where in I shall have to type the details of each form and then prepare a final invoice
I tried with substring but couldn't understand the same
Is the above possible by any chance?
Thanks and regards
Ravi

Hi,
You can merge submissions in JotForm Sheets. But, at least 1 field must be the same, for example "Name". You can follow these steps:
1) In "Form Builder", click "Sheets" on the left and top of the screen.
2) In Sheets, click the "+" icon to add a new column for merge.
3) Click the "Connect to Another Sheet" and "Next" button.
4) You can edit your columns on the page that opens.
After creating, your submissions field will appear form fields.
If you have more further queries, feel free to let us know.

Hello Claire,
That's a great solution but Unfortunately my form doesn't show the sheet option anywhere...it shows submissions on the form builder.
I tried in all my forms but the same result
Please see
Thanks..

Hello,
You may combine or merge 2 or more of your form submissions.
You may use this guide:
https://www.jotform.com/integrations/combine-submissions
Or you can do it manually.
1. Download submission data from the first form in Excel format.
How to Export Form Data to Excel
2. Adjust the downloaded Excel file and import it to the second form.
Import App: Easily import your Excel or CSV data into JotForm
I hope that helps.

Hello Ravi - You don't need to download the Combine submissions app, you can access it by clicking this link: https://combine.jotform.io/
Once you're on the page or app, click the "Start Combining" button and then "Allow" access so the app can see your forms and data.
Also, I have reviewed your account settings and you are using Sheets for your submission page. You can access the sheets page for this form (200605196757459) via this link: https://www.jotform.com/sheets/200605196757459
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Greetings Jherwin,
Thanks a lot, you were spot on on both
I would like to share a feedback that the combine jotform io page seems to have a snag
I login , it says redirecting and asks to login again on and on
Thanks to your sheet link to the form I was able to open the same
But the main column for this exercise doesn't show up the submissionsubmission Grand total
I connected all sheets with the column
But it doesn't show any figure of any submission
When I checked back my submissions on the app they are visible
Sorry for trouble
But if you can check on this where I'm going wrong

I have checked the Sheets page of your form and what is showing there right now is the first Grand Total (column). Please check the second Grand Total (column) to see the data you are looking for.
Also, it appears that the connection you have set up for the "In house menu" connects the Grand Total field from the same form.
If you are looking to import data from another (source) form into your "In house menu" form, select that source form in the Connect to Another Sheet option and select the column in that sheet that you would like to appear in your "In house menu" form.

Hello Mike
Thank you for the solution
I'm now unable to make changes and reach the page to connect to another sheet option as in your 2nd image
Now by default I'm reaching the sheets the moment I click sheets
I actually wanted the default values of Grand total of all sheets in an new column called Grand Total All
Which is grand total 1+2+3+4+5= Grand Total All
Where in it shows all the grand total values and totals up
Else even if it totals up in original column of grand total is also fine
But I'm unable to place the formula
Thanks

I'm now unable to make changes and reach the page to connect to another sheet option as in your 2nd image.
You will be able to edit the connection by doing what is shown in the screenshot below.
As for your other concern about the formula, I have moved it to a new thread considering it is about another topic. Here's the link to the new thread.

We will be responding to that thread shortly.
