Do I need to have the embed code revised after updating the form?

If I have a form embedded on my website and I update the form but keep the same file name do I need to have my website company revise the embed code o

If the form is embedded using any embed code except 'Full source code' embed method, it is NOT required to change the embed code on the web site after updating the form. The form should be automatically displaying the updated version on your web page. 

If the form has embedded using full source code embed, it is required to re-embed the form on the web page to display the updated version of the form.
