Avast anti-virus blocks forms and some questions

    Hi, A few things:

    1. Last night, I tried to log in and was told by my Avast anti virus program that the site is infected with a phishing virus.  Is this normal? 

    2. Now I can't log in and forgot my password. I asked for a reset 2x and when clicking on the reset URL in the email it says the code is no longer valid to send again.  Please help.

    3. When I click on the saved link to my form, I see it, but nothing else and have no way to edit it.  Nothing is there but my form, so I tried to log in today and couldn't.

    - This was a false positive detection by Avast so as one of their user, we would greatly appreciate if you could also report this detection as false positive so it would help expedite our whitelist request.

    - We are aware of this problem and our team is doing its best to solve it as soon as possible.

    - You can also add *jotfor.ms and *jotform.com domain into your Antivirus whitelist.

    - Please try resetting it again by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password

    - Please try using a different internet browser when you reset and open your Jotform account.

    - Are you referring to the Save Forms and Continue Later feature?

    - If yes, please provide the form link so we can test it on our end. I checked your account and you only have one form (https://www.jotform.com/form/200797216130348) and there's no Save button.
