How can I copy pull-down options from one form to the other BUT have them update when the original updates

I know how to copy a question from one form to the other using Forms Manager. However, what I'd like to see happen is that when that original question is edited, the copy or copies reflect/s the change as well.

For example, in Form A I have a list of workers with a pulldown menu containing John, Jim and Mary. I use the Field Manager to copy that question into Form B.

Jim quits and I hire Frank so I go into Form A and change the pulldown menu items to be John, Frank and Mary. However, I then have to go into Form B (and any additional forms I've got this question in) and update them individually. Is there any way to avoid this... ie have a "master list" of workers so when one changes, they change in all forms?

There is a feature that can pass or copy data from one form to another form.

User guide : How to Automatically Pass Form Data to Another Form

However, this will only work on one form at a time.

Base on your requirement details, if I understand correctly, you wanted the data to be on the other form submission database already and not just on the form itself.

An alternative method you can use is by using the Import Data tool.

Guide : Import App: Easily Import Your Excel or CSV Data into JotForm

    Steps :

    1. Export the 'master' form data to Excel/CSV file

    2. Using the Excel/CSV data, import the data to the other forms using the Import Data tool

I hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
