Why I am unable to get verified?

    Why this error is coming? 

    I want to continue the verification process.

    We apologize for inconvenience. I checked your account/username deepika7  but I did not see existing form in your My Forms list yet.

    Your account is active and available. You can start creating your form first.

    Can you please tell us also the URL link of the form in your screenshot. It could be possible you created the form using Guest account only. We can transfer the form to your registered account/username.

    Dear concern team,
    Greetings of the day!
    Actually I am the applicant of Universal Hertz Conglomerates and
    verification is pending with JotForm.
    When I am trying to get it verified, it showing quota is over.
    Kindly go through the attached screenshot and do the needful.

    The form you mentioned is located in the varifyyou account. That account exceeds the FREE plan limits which is why it's showing the over-quota message.

    Submissions = 112/100
    Upload = 157.86MB/100.00MB
    Payments = 24/10
    Form Views = 1,648/1000

    To know the current usage and limits of your account, please follow this guide: Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits.

    To continue using the form on that account, you'll need to upgrade to a higher tier plan or wait for the first day of next month for a limit reset.

    Thank-you for your information you shared. I have one more query:-
    Submission mentioned is-112.
    Payment mentioned is-24.
    Can you elaborate the concern that if 112 forms has been submitted then why
    the payment was collected only from 24 applicant?

    Thank you for your reply.

    This can happen if you have several forms but not all of them have payment fields.

    It can also occur if the payment is not required in a form, and users submitted it without paying.

    payment within a month,right?
    And also want to confirm, how jotform verfiy the applicant?

    Yes, the 24 payments that have been received by your account have all been within one month, that is why the account has gone over quota. Here is a helpful user guide to assist you with understanding the usage limits of our accounts: Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits

    Also, JotForm does not run a verification on the form respondents, however, you can do so if you'd like by using one of our verification widgets. To learn more, you may use the following user guide: How-to-Verify-an-Email-Address-Before-or-After-Form-Submission

    I have checked the page you have sent and I was able to find only the form you have sent in the first message.


    It does not matter where you embed your form the limits affect your whole account, not just a specific form.

    Please let us know if I missed finding another form you wish us to check.

    This is to inform you that as per your earlier email, it was confirmed that
    the limit will be renewed on 1st of next month.
    I was trying to go through the same but today also the issue is recurring
    that allocated quota is over.

    I recommend you review also the user guide : Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits

    The server time is base on US EST time zone, so it is not yet 1st day of the month.

    Please take note also that Upload Space does not reset. The allocation for Upload Space on plan level is fixed.

    The account/username varifyyou  had also exceeded the limit for Upload Space. It will still be in over quota after the 1st.
