Looking for simple approval process (2 approval signatures) for non-profit

So with the free version you are limited to one notification but can have multiople auto-responders. 

We are Girl Scout and are trying to streamline our reimbursement approval processes from paper to electronically.  Therefore; unfortunately our funding / budget does not allow for a paid service.

If we have a form that needs two approvals can this be achieved by sending out two emails to two separate people who need to approve the expenditure?

In looking at the documentation it appears that the notification emails are for the approvers (we have two) and the auto-responder emails are for the person submitting the request.

You can use the Email Autoresponders instead of the Email Notifications in your workflow form.

Please make sure to set the 'Send on Edit' option to 'Yes' for the Autoresponders that are supposed to be triggered upon submission editing.
