Last friday I had some forms on my account, but these seem to have been deleted for some reason (and not by me where I haven't been on your site since Friday). I really need the submissions from these forms ASAP...

Do you mean to say that you don't see any form in your account?
I checked your account and see that your account is in OVERLIMIT status as you have received 203 submissions. Free account can only receive 100 non secure submission.
You may have to upgrade your account or wait for start of next month when the submission counters are reset.

Hello! I can see that the forms are still in the account
Please clear your cache, relaunch your browser and try to access it again. My colleague is correct, though. You have exceeded your submission limit so you might want to upgrade or wait for the next month.
