Submitting interactive form before showing results

Is there anyway we could get participants to submit their interactive forms before showing their results (which is dependent on the range from the answers). 

Please note that input data is captured only after form is submitted. You can display the desired data in form's thank you page . You can add condition in form to display specific thank you message based on user's response.
