    I request cancellation of payment on March 23.

    The recent payment on your account "tmdedu" today, towards the Silver yearly plan has not gone through successfully and it is shown as incomplete at our end.

    This usually occurs, when there is insufficient balance on your linked card or the card has expired, due to which your bank or card issuing company may have blocked the payment.

    Please note that Stripe will attempt to collect the payment in 3 days time, after which your account will automatically be downgraded to Free.

    Hi

    I read your message and found out that my credit card has expired.

    So,

    I changed my credit card yesterday to pay.


    Please check if the payment was successful.

    I assume that Stripe will charge you correctly now, if you have updated the card on your account. But let me also check with our billing team and I'll revert.

    I can confirm now that the payment for the Silver yearly plan is successful on your account now.
