I was charged for bronze yearly plan, Please refund.

    Hi- yesterday (3/22), I was charged $190 for services. I have not logged into Jotform in over 6 months and just lost all income due to the coronavirus. I am requesting a refund as the services have not been used nor is there intention to use in the future.

    Upon your request, I have cancelled your bronze yearly subscription and downgraded your account to free plan. I have also send a request to our billing team to process the refund for your last subscription payment of bronze plan. Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
