Required fields message remains when fields are completed, even in JotForm preview. Please let me know what I can do to fix this.

Hello! Having cloned your form, I found out that the reason for that is beause you hid the drop down box for Country. Technically, it is still there but with no default selected value that is why you are getting that required fields message. I understand you only want it set to United States, right?
To fix that, set the default value to United States using the country button in the toolbar.

Thanks. I did just as you specified, but also unhid the field. Works great now.

You're welcome. And since you have already set the default value for country, you can actually go ahead and hide it again if you like since technically, there is already a value set for that particular field.
