    Yes i filled out a non-profit status over a month ago and never head anything back

    We do apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

    After checking our records, I have found that you have already been approved for the Non-Profit discount. An approval email was actually sent to you on March 2nd, 2020, to the email address associated with your account. Here is a screenshot of this email for your reference:

    As you can see on the top right of the page, the date that the email was sent is 03-02-2020. I would suggest checking your spam folder for this email.

    In any case, I have also verified that the pricing on your account's billing page does in fact reflect the pricing of our Non-Profit accounts. Here is a screencast of the email details with the pricing attached for your reference:

    Please cross-reference the prices in the email above with the prices on your account to verify that you have been approved for this discount. We look forward to your response.
