captcha or a way to stop spam

I've been using google forms and receiving some spam submissions on my forms. I wanted to use your service and was wondering if you had some kind of way to stop spam?

Yes, we do have an anti-spam system in place.

In addition, you may also do any of the following:

- Add a Captcha field

- Enable Unique Question, this way only unique answers for a certain question can be submitted

- Enable Unique Submission, this limits submissions based on IP address or browser cookie

- Enable password protected forms, so only those users where you have shared the password can fill out your form
