I've seen suggestions in the forum, but they are very involved.
I just want to push a button or make a selection, within Jotform, that allows me to have notification emails sent as plain text instead of html.
I've seen suggestions of using an older version of Jotform, and if I can do that temporarily to change the email from html to text .... great!!
Not looking for webhooks, API or anything else that requires programming.
Thank you for your assistance,Kerri

Hello,
You can delete the email content of the notification email and you can just type the plain text of what you want. I created a screencast guide:
Please try it and let us know if that's not what you're looking for.
Thank you.
