Using data from form to populate a map?

Hello! I am part of a news station and we are trying to inform people of which restaurants are still open. As of right now, I have a form on our page as well as a grid report that will auto-populate based off the form results. This works; however, I think it would be much easier to find restaurants if the results populated a map. Is this possible? I've linked the page we are using now that I hope to update with a live map. Help! Thanks!

You may try using the Show map location widget in your form to show the locations of restaurants that are open.

Please check it out and let us know if this fits your requirements.

Would this show the results of the form in map form? Or would it just show the map when inputting information into the form..?

Apologies, unfortunately, no. It can only show the map once you search for the location.

I've tried checking out all the location widgets that we currently have but could not find any that can be pre-populated dynamically.
