Can the form he created be transferred to a paid account so the JotForm banner disappears?

    1. Person working for me worked on the free site instead of my JotForm account- can the form he created be transferred so the JotForm banner disappears?

    2. This is taking forever to submit (it keeps stating please wait) and we can't figure out where it is going!

    3. Once it is in my paid account, I should be able to send it to multiple recipients-correct? 

    Please help! My account is ahpdelaware.

    Yes, the forms can be transferred to your account for the JotForm banner to disappear. However, as a security measure, we only transfer forms if it is initiated by the account/user where the form to be transferred is located. Please ask that person to log in with his JotForm account and do the needed request through our contact us page. 

    As for your two (2) other questions, I have moved it to separate threads to avoid confusion. Kindly follow the below links and I will answer you there shortly.
