How can I reactivate my account?

    I logged in and it failed twice, although i know for a fact that i got the right password. I reset it via forgot password and email. After changing it, i logged in with the new password and it is still incorrect. How is that possible? And my account was locked and suspended after the last attempt. Please help.

    Thank you for reaching out to us with regard to your account being suspended.

    It was suspended because your form 200626442678054 is collecting sensitive information (socials and driver's license) and it was tagged by our automated system as this violates our Terms of Use.

    Please take note that you can still collect some sensitive information but it needs to be protected by these widgets.

    1. Terms and Conditions or Short Scrolling Terms.

    2. Any E-signature widgets.

    In order to regain access to your account, we will need your permission to remove the offending fields.

    Only then, we can re-activate your account.
