I get "You've run out of quota" message

    I am having trouble receiving submissions to my Jotform and receive an error message saying "You've run out of quota! This form has exceeded it's allocated quota."

    I deleted almost all old submissions and purged my trash folder. As you can see from the attached screenshot, I should still have storage space available. 

    Can you please help resolve this problem? We need to accept form submissions right away.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. 

    I have checked your account and everything looks ok.

    I had no problems opening any of your forms.

    I have emptied your form cache, which should solve the problem you are experiencing.

    If you are still having the problem, please let us know if this is happening on all your forms, or only on some. In the second case, please give us the links to the forms so we can take further tests.
