Submission is missing

    We have not received reports about issues with forms and submissions recently. May you please provide us more details about this? 

    Please share us the detail about the missing submission as well as if you did not receive the email notification or you cannot find it on your form submissions. 

    We will be happy to have a look on this.

    I checked the form submissions page and the email logs to the notification recipient, but I couldn't find the submission for "Phyllis Alfino".

    May we know why you know that there is a submission from "Alfino"?

    Perhaps the submission was not successfully submitted?

    Hi Jherwin ,
    That’s because she attended the practice personally and submitted the form before being seen .
    It didn’t work then .
    Does number of submissions stop further submissions .
    I had more than 200 when she filled the form .

    Hi saintsdental,

    I've checked your form and your account. I couldn't see any problems with the limits of your account. When you reach your limit, users cannot access the form because it shows an over quota warning. Also, as my colleague mentioned if the user has not submitted the form, this may cause the issue. Please make sure the user submitted the form correctly.
