The submit button is not responsive on the iPad

    Hi, I just created a form.

    I tried it on PC. that worked fine.

    Butt on ipad, I could not submit. When 'submit' is tapped. nothing happens.

    May we know how you were filling in the iPad? Is it via the JotForm mobile app or directly via the iPad's inbuilt browser? Is your form embedded on any website?

    I had it embedded on my website. It didn't work embedded. I have now changed it to an external link. It submitted fine.

    I am glad to know that form with its direct URL works fine. I would suggest you to please embed your form again in your webpage using form's iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem.
