Difficulty embedding code into website

    Hello, 

    I have made a form titled Free online Presence analysis to be added to my site at www.ladyjmarketing.com. 

    I have followed the intructions to embed it into the page I just created but It is not showing up as the form. It is showing up as the code I copied from jotform.com.

     

    Help! What am I doing wrong?

    Hi,

    You have to paste the code on the "HTML Editor Section" not on the visual view, else it will just display the code like that way. I would also suggest to try iframe embedding. How to get your Form's Iframe Code.

    Hello Elton, 

    You mentioned hte HTML EDitor section. Where is that? HOw can I find it?

    Im a total newbie so forgive me. Please provide very detailed instructions.

    When you paste the code on your WP post or page, you must be on HTML mode. Here's how:

    Hello Elton,

    I followed your advice and pasted the embed code into the TEXT vs Visual but form is still not showing. :(

    It is done. I used the Iframe code and now it is loaded.

    Can you tell me how I can change my email address that receives the notification when someone fills in the form? I have followed all of the instructions but it still doesn't change it to the one I want. 

    Also it shows that it is coming from Jotform. Can that be changed as well?

    Hi Juanita,

    Glad to hear the iframe works.

    Here's a guide for that: Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications

    Simply change the  Sender Name and Email to your email fields not from JotForm if you like but we'd highly recommend using noreply@jotform.com as the senders email address to avoid any possible bounce issues.

    Furthermore, please make an actual submissions with your form when you test the new recipient email address. Clicking "Test Email" will only send a test submission to the email address associated with your account.
