Reoccuring payment

    Good evening,


    My receipt says that I've made a reoccuring payment.  I only mean't to make a one off payment of $40.  Can you please let me know when the next payment will be made?

    Please disregarding this query - I've just been informed that it is a one off payment.

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Have you upgraded your JotForm account and made payment or you have submitted any form with payment?

    Hi Ashwin,
    I'm not sure if I understand what you say below.
    I paid an amount of $40 and when I received the receipt it said it was a reoccurring payment.  I queried that as only wished to pay a one off $40.  I then received an email from the group I paid saying that although we will receive a receipt saying that it's a reoccurring payment, that it will not be reoccuring.

    I just wanted to confirm if you have upgraded your JotForm account. Please note that you have reached JotForm support and we are online form service provider which is a subscription based service. 

    It appears that you have submitted some form for a group and made payment. They will be able to confirm if the payment was one time of recurring payment.
