Are you upgrading to Silver yearly or monthly? Please let us know so we can provide another upgrade link if the upgrade is still failing on your end.

I have now tried in Chrome, MS Edge and MS Explore,
but it does not work
The update stop as you see in attached pic
I Hope you can help me out I need to get access to my data pretty fast -
