FilePicker stores these uploaded files on their end, we do not have any power to control these files, and that means we can not upload these files to any integration that we have (Dropbox, Google Drive etc.).
Please check the uploaded files with filepicker.

You can access uploaded files on your form submissions page. Check this visual guide on how you can access form submissions:
You can also access files through FilePickerIO Dashboard. Follow this steps:
1. Login to your account
2. Find and Click "Console"

I just want to access file url at the upload time, not after form submission.
You can only access the files once it's submitted to our server. Therefore, if the form isn't submitted, you can't get it's file URL. However, if the form is submitted along with the uploaded files, you can check your form submissions page to get the uploaded file URL's.

Unfortunately, there is no way you can bypass the process. Even using our normal upload button. It should be submitted first before you can get the value or the link.
