    Since there are more than one form you recently updated, can you confirm which form in your account you are experiencing the issue you are reporting, please?

    Were you receiving email notifications in that form before and it just suddenly stopped?

    Can you also check if the emails went straight to your spam/trash folder instead of your email inbox, please?

    The basic troubleshooting steps listed in this guide may also help you with your concern, so I suggest that you check it as well.
