How can I set a maximum amount of characters instead of max. in words?

Asked by jantien on May 28, 2013 at 05:24 AM

In my form, there's a part to fill out a short description. I want these to have a maximum of 140 characters. But in the settings the maximum amount is given in words (it says: Words-140) I tried changing it to Characters-140 but that does not work. Any ideas?

    Thanks, Jantien

I tested your form and I can see that the max characters is working. Please kindly try to clear your browser cache if your cannot see the changes you made on your form.

I only noticed that the error message below is not appropriate to the max characters. I will forward this to our next level support to fix the error message for max characters.
