    Hello Support,

My form is giving the end-users the following error message when trying to use adobe signature. I have checked and reviewed the adobe account with no resolve.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Can you please try removing the authentication of your Adobe Sign Widget and then re-authenticate once again if it would make any difference?

I have also cleared your form cache in an attempt to troubleshoot the issue.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hi,

I re-authenticated and the window states that is was successful and that I can close the pop-up window. When I close the window the widget gets an "error try again!" message. 1585100919adobe-error1.JPG

I would recommend you to kindly check your template and documents in Adobe and make sure they do not have an expiration date, this guide will help you with that: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/set-reminders.html

Regarding the issue with the authentication, I can see your widget is currently authenticated, please kindly check the expiration date and let us know how it goes.
