    I dont recieve an e-mail to magdalena@eldorado.bg

    Hi,

    i have a problem with not recieving an e-mails with forms in my inbox magdalena@eldorado.bg.

    Last time i had the same thing and you responded:

     

    "Hi Magipalms,

    Sorry for the inconvenience tha may have caused. Your form's email recipient is in our bounce list upon checking and I've remove it for you. It should be working fine now."

     

    Would you check if its the same problem, please.

    @Magipalms

    Upon checking your account, i found that your email id "magdalena@eldorado.bg" is in our bounce list (reason mentioned below). 

    Result: 

    magdalena@eldorado.bg is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 554-'5.7.1 : Relay acc=

    ess denied'

    I have removed this email address from the bounce list and you should start receiving your submission emails.
