Inbox Page: Showing submitted as header instead of the respondent's name

Hi 

For some reason, I use to see the name of the client who submitted the document and not I see submission 1, submisson 2, etc.

Is there something in the setup i need to do.  I tried to use the field search and hit update but that does not seem to work.

To fix the issue, please go to the Inbox page settings.

Under Header Settings, select the field that you prefer to appear as a header.
