Not able to download the uploaded file. It shows not found error.

    Today I received a form from a Judge (Brian K Fung) and the .jpeg when I click on it does not work. Thank you.

    I get this message: 


    Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry.

    How are you downloading the uploaded file you have received in form? Are you downloading it form your email? The issue could be because of the privacy setting you have enabled in account which requires use to be logged in to Jotform account before you can download the file. I would suggest you to please uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy setting in your account and that will solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:

    Ok, I have unchecked all three that were checked requiring log in the
    view. Is this ok? It doesn't make the account open for my competitors
    to view who has submitted does it?
    I will try the pdf form editor you spoke about in the next email next
    to see if I can get things to work.

    Hello Kris,

    Thank you for your message.

    After disabling the option for required login to view files your submissions are always private and can be accessed just when you are logged in your Jotform account.

    Please test the pdf editor and let us know.
