"My Forms" isn't showing my forms.

    I have  created two forms.  Neither of them show under "My Forms" when I look for submissions.

    @USMarketing

    I checked your account and see that your both the forms are there in your account. Request you to please claer your browser cache and log back in to your JotForm account.

    Thank you for the quick reply. I've cleared cleared cache and cookies and am still not seeing my forms.

    That's strange. Which browser are you using? I am able to view your forms without any issue.

    Can you please check with another browser?

    I've cleared my cache and browser in Chrome and Firefox. I can't see my forms in either of them.

    Hi,

    I've checked also your forms in my end and I wasn't able to replicate the issue. What domain you are using when accessing your account? Are you using www.jotform.us domain?

    I'm still not seeing them using www.jotform.us. When I click "My Forms" in the left column, I get a message saying that I don't have any folders.

    That's very strange because I can see the forms too. Do you have more than one JotForm account?

    Hi Kathy,

    Count me as another one that can access your My Forms account just fine, on Chrome, FF, IE browsers. 

    Althought the difference is, I am using PC -- it seems you are on Macintosh Mac OS?

    Have you tried using other devices? another computer perhaps to check if you can access the forms and account.
