How to get 2 different items on one line side by side

Hello,

I would like to get 2 different items on one line side by side.  On my competitor registration form so they can list their division and show the video URL for it.

Example:

Drop Down Menu for Code # and Text box for the video URL on the same line. Please see attached .jpg
