I am not getting the email which is critical for my ride share effort

    I tested my form and it sent me an email just fine.


    Now I completed the form for a ride client which he said it would not take for him.

    Now I see it on the jotform site but do not see the email 

    WHY am I not getting the email which is critical for my ride share effort.

    You do not have a notification email in the form. The notification email is sent to you as the form owner. You only have the autoresponder email, which is sent to the form submitters.

    I've created the notification email for your convenience. Kindly submit the form again as a test and let us know if the issue persists.
