Card Form - Theme: Selected theme does not apply right away

    I am trying to change my color scheme...I have set the color scheme to this:

    And all I get is the black/ green color scheme:

    And yes, I cleared my cache and history

    Help!

    I checked your form and I can see the theme you have selected:

    Hi Vanessa:

    Yes, I see it has changed but over an hour ago I changed the theme to another color.  So while the theme did change it is not changing in a timely fashion.  For example, I changed to the orange theme about an hour ago.  


    Wondering why changes are taking so long?  And yes, I clear my cache, etc

    Hi,

    Do you have a long-form? If yes, that might be the reason why there's a delay.

    You can also try this updating your form using a different internet connection for testing purposes and let us know if the issue still persists.

    I tried this issue and I was not able to replicate it. We'll wait for your response. Thank you.

    I am not sure why it is taking so long to update; I do not have a long form.  It does update but it is about an hour or so.

    I will deal with it.  It is odd

    Apologies for the inconvenience, I tried to change the theme directly on your form and although it reflects in the form builder a few seconds later, but when I accessed the form, the theme did not change even after clearing form cache.

    Further testing, it seems the issue only occurs on your form and on its clone whether HIPAA or not. New forms doesn't have an issue at all.

    I have forwarded this to our backend nonetheless so they may check what's possibly causing it.
