Privacy Badget blocks JotForm

This is for an iframe embedded form. There are related issues here and here. I don't think expecting users to somehow know to turn off their Privacy Badger extension is a good solution. You can see how Privacy Badger works here. You can't reproduce this issue by simply trying a form after installing PB, PB is an extension that learns so you'd need to fill out a form many times — at least 3.
